Found a Japanese Spitz in West Coast Park (17 Jan 2010).The spitz should be abandoned. Cause its tied with a raffia string with the collar. I went ava, there's no microchip and its not licensed. Currently the spitz is with me, for 2 weeks already, still considering if i should put up for adoption ya.
