Dog 5years old or younger. Found tied to tree outside Ghim Moh market. Friendly to humans and dogs. Very calm at vet. Likes to roam and wander around. Paper trained. Ear skin crusty. Please help look for foster/owner.

OWNER FOUND! Apparently dog got out of the house cos gardener forgot to close the gate. Thanks to all who help in one way or another.
