I am trying to find a good family for 2 3-week-old baby guinea pigs males. The one on top is all brown except a white patch on the back and white front paws. The other is all black except left front paw brown.

I got them by buying a pregnant sow in July. I am unable to keep them.

The GPs are quite friendly animals - they make noises when they want to attract your attention for treats. They can be toilet trained and it's not too hard keeping them. They do not 'stink'.

You'll need to brush them about 2-3 times a week, cut their nails once a month and give them a bath too.

They are cheap to keep too.

First photo was taken 2 months ago when rescuer spotted Sunshine at the coffeeshop.Look at her sad face and how patient she was while waiting for her IDIOTIC owner to come back.One can see the obvious loop/chain mark on her neck and how skinny she was.Despite being treated badly by her owner,she was still waiting faithfully and patiently for them. Doesn't she deserve a good owner that can offer her lots of love for being so forgiving and loyal???

7 MONTHS OLD Lil' Miss Sunshine was being tied up at a coffee shop and abandoned by her owner.Despite those people that worked in the coffee shop releasing her and hoping that she will run away and not disturbed them,Sunshine waited patiently for her owner to return,not wanting to leave the coffee shop.Sadly,the cruel owner never did.After 2 days of hanging around,the people decided to call AVA to remove Sunshine .Her rescuer came just in time before AVA arrived.She sent Sunshine to a vet immediately for a check up and board her there for 2 days before she get a temporary boarding place for sunshine.

While at the vet,a lady saw Sunshine and told the rescuer that Sunshine belonged to an Indian family and was chained up at home since young .Upon checking,the rescuer found obvious chain mark on her neck and she was emaciated at that time .

In a short period of 2 months,Sunshine has put on quite abit of weight and her fur has grown so beautifully and the chain mark is gone.

Vet estimated Sunshine to be about 5 mths old then .She is micro chipped and tested negative for heart worm and tick fever.She had all her vaccinations done and will be spayed soon.She is currently on frontline and heartworm protection.

Sunshine is definitely a cross breed as she got very soft and double coated fur.Likely a miniature italian grey hound cross.She weighs about 9kg...

VERY FRIENDLY WITH HUMAN AND DOGS.SHE DOES NOT EVEN BARK WHEN PEN UP IN A SMALL ENCLOSURE AREA.

Koby, a black and white Border Collie dog was last seen at railroad beside King Albert Park on 30th Sept 2011 around 10am.

About Oreo:
Took him in from the wild when he's a puppy (estimated 2 mths old). Is fully vaccinated, de-worm and spayed now. Oreo is a very intelliigent dog but quite alpha. Thats the reason why I can't handle him though I would love to keep him.

Is active, alert and high energy dog. Has guard dog attributes. Will bark to alert when sees stranger or hear noises. Loves to play with soft toys, squeaky toys and run around.

Adoptors preferably to be staying in private house, so there is more space for him to roam. He loves to run and jump thus if adoptors are keen, can send him for Agility training. He will fare very well in that aspect.

Know basic commands like Sit, Down, Hi-Five, Paw, Stay and Off. Reason for saying he's intelligent is because he use a day (only 2 hours) to learn 3 command and he knew it after that!

Is Pee-tray and outdoor trained. Did not train him myself, he knew it when I first brought him home. Automatically went up onto my Golden retriever pee-tray and pee. I guess he smell and sees my golden doing that.

Brought him to swim every Saturday thus if adoptor is keen, Oreo had his membership paid. Owner just have to pay $6 entrance fee each time you bring him to the pool. It's for unlimited hours and use. Can bath him there as well. Will pass his memdership information to you.

Reason for unable to keep him:
- Not suitable for HDB
- He needs space to burn off his energy
- He needs more attention

Would really hope he goes to a good home. Please do not send him back to the wild.

Jo Jo is an unhappy dog in the shelter. Same like Xena, we believed he also yearns for a home to call his own. As much as we would like to help him, we still have to believe in the fact that humans do prefer pedigree vs mongrel.

If only a kind soul is willing to adopt him and give him a home, we are confident that he would be easily contented. Furthermore, what more can he asked for?
