We found a male English cocker spaniel today (30 August 2011) loitering in the middle of the road at Blk 632 Woodlands Street 52. We don't know if he is lost or abandoned. He has very poor skin condition. He appears to be about 6-8 years old. He is very gentle and loves to go for walks.
