LOST: black female cross-breed w white string around neck, losing hair (upper serangoon, sun 2 jan 2011)

dog went missing from lavender street yesterday evening (sun 2 jan 2011), near to upper serangoon.
Color: black
Sex: female steralized
marking: losing hair, especially the back side.
wearing a white 'string' around the neck used to put her dog license.
